You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order. If there is a manufacturing defect, Conic covers all shipping costs. For changes in size or style preference, standard shipping fees will apply.
Delivery within Cairo and Giza typically takes 2 to 3 business days. For other governorates across Egypt, shipping takes between 3 to 5 business days.
